Review each summary before finishing. A useful booking confirmation should make the selected service, sample starting price, time, deposit and salon policies easy to see.
- Confirm that every pet and contact detail is fictional
- Check that the chosen service matches the species and size
- Review coat, health and handling disclosures for completeness
- Read the sample cancellation, lateness and pickup policies
- Verify that Stripe remains in test mode before entering test data
No emergency or medical requests
Booking notes are not an appropriate place for urgent symptoms, sedation instructions or aggressive-behaviour decisions. Those matters require direct human and, when needed, veterinary review.

Help With the Demo Flow
Why did a time become unavailable while I was booking?
The demo can use protected holds to prevent the same seeded time from being selected twice during an active test session. A hold does not reserve a real appointment.
What should I enter for pet details?
Use fictional names, breeds, coat notes and contact details. Do not submit real health information, card numbers or other sensitive data.
What is the 25% deposit?
It is a sample calculation based on the fictional starting price. The checkout must remain in Stripe test mode, and no real funds are transferred.
Can I cancel a demo booking?
Because no real appointment is created, there is no real cancellation obligation. The interface may still demonstrate the fictional policy and cancellation workflow.
