The sample duration includes check-in, positioning and the trim itself. A cooperative pet may finish sooner, while a pet who needs breaks may take longer or require the service to end before every nail is completed.
- Arrive with dogs securely leashed and cats in a closed carrier
- Tell staff which paws or positions are difficult
- Do not promise that every nail will be shortened to the same length
- Expect the groomer to prioritize control and comfort over speed
- Follow veterinary guidance for injured or abnormal nails
For pets already receiving a full dog groom or the sample cat bath and comb-out, nail care is listed as part of that service when it can be completed safely.

Do you accept walk-in nail trims?

Can the nails be ground instead of clipped?
